Ajay’s Rental

1. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability, and must be requested at least 48–72 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in full charge.
3. Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
Ajay’s Rental handles delivery, setup, and breakdown within the agreed timeframe. The client must ensure clear access to the setup area. Delays caused by the client, including late access or incorrect address, may incur additional fees. Setup areas must be safe, clean, and suitable for equipment.
4. Equipment Use & Responsibility
All rental items remain the property of Ajay’s Rental. The client is responsible for proper use and supervision at all times. Shoes, sharp objects, food, and drinks are not permitted on soft play or inflatable equipment. Any damage caused during the rental period will be charged accordingly.
5. Weather Policy
Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions. For safety reasons, Ajay’s Rental reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in cases of rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations; however, rescheduling will be offered where possible.
6. Balloon Decor
Balloon designs are custom-made and may vary slightly based on material availability. Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, and environmental conditions, and longevity cannot be guaranteed. Once setup is completed, Ajay’s Rental is not responsible for damage caused by weather or handling.
7. Liability
Ajay’s Rental is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of equipment. The client agrees to ensure proper supervision and accepts full responsibility during the rental period.
8. Cleaning & Condition
All items must be returned in the condition they were delivered. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
9. Photo & Media Use
Ajay’s Rental may take photos or videos of setups for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
10. Agreement
By booking with Ajay’s Rental, you agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
