Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits & Booking Confirmation

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. Your date is not confirmed until payment is received.


2. Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may result in full charge.
  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their event once, subject to availability.
  • Requests must be made at least 48–72 hours before the event.
  • The new date must fall within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by both parties.

4. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies can happen. In genuine cases, we may offer rescheduling or partial credit at our discretion. Supporting information may be required.


5. Weather Policy

  • Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.
  • In cases of rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your booking.
  • No refunds will be issued due to weather, but we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.

6. Custom & Balloon Decor Orders

  • Custom balloon décor and personalized items are non-refundable once production has started.
  • Due to the nature of balloons and custom work, slight variations may occur.

7. Late Changes

Changes made close to the event date may not be accommodated. Additional charges may apply for last-minute modifications.


8. Refund Processing

Where applicable, approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.


9. Agreement

By booking with Ajay’s Rental, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
